This summer, I saw firsthand how generous the SFF community is towards their own. Many of you know, several laptops were stolen this summer during Clarion West, and the community piched in and made sure those laptops were replaced within 48 hours, singlehandedly saving our session, our morale, and our faith.

Now, I just heard about Vera Nazarian’s recent troubles and how she is about to lose her house. Friends are asking for donations of money or goods/services to auction to help her in this terrible time of need.

I’m in a terrible money crisis, but I just paypaled what I could–no one should have to go through what she is, and I say this after coming out of one of the hardest six month periods in my recent history.
